The Salesforce1 mobile app helps users get real-time access to their CRM system. The app is available for iOS and Android phones and as a mobile browser app for Windows-operated phones.

Salesforce1 organizes the information in a way that best helps users working on the go. They can work between customer meetings, waiting in line, or commuting somewhere. The app includes many of the customizations their organization uses and enables them to review details, update data, and create new records from their phones.
